Welcome to Score Your Run! These Terms form a contract between you and Voxbourne Services Pvt. Ltd., located at Flat No-07, Plot No-44, M.P. Nagar Zone-II, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462016, and govern your use of the Score Your Run app, website, services, products, and content (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
Voxbourne Services Pvt. Ltd. owns the domain https://voxbournetech.com/ and the mobile application “Score Your Run,” available on various app stores.
By using Score Your Run, you agree to these Terms. If any part of these Terms doesn’t work for you, please understand that you may not be able to use Score Your Run.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use Score Your Run after any changes go into effect, you agree to follow the new Terms.
By scoring cricket matches and tournaments on Score Your Run, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use your content on the Score Your Run platform (website, app, etc.). This includes the ability to store, display, reformat, aggregate, and distribute your content. In return for using our platform, you understand that Score Your Run may show advertising alongside your content or use it to promote premium features by enhancing or aggregating scores.
Score Your Run’s look and feel, including our logo and visual design, are protected. Some parts of Score Your Run are licensed under open-source agreements, which we make available. For all other parts of the platform, please avoid copying or adapting any code or design elements without written permission from Score Your Run, except as permitted by law.
Please refrain from attempting the following: (1) accessing or tampering with secure, non-public areas of the Services, our systems, or those of our technical providers; (2) accessing or searching the Services by methods other than our publicly available and supported interfaces, like our APIs; (3) altering any TCP/IP packet header information in email or postings, or using the Services to send false or misleading information; or (4) disrupting user access, spreading viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or scripting content in ways that create an excessive burden on the Services.
We may change, limit, or terminate any part of the Services at any time, without notice.
By using our Services, you agree that Score Your Run may collect and use information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you’re using our services outside of India, you consent to Score Your Run’s ability to transfer, store, and process your information in and outside of India.
When using Score Your Run, please adhere to these Terms. Failure to do so may lead to content removal or suspension of your account.
You grant Score Your Run permission to use your Intellectual Property (such as trademarks, trade names, logos) as necessary for delivering the Services. This allows us to integrate and showcase your content on the platform in a professional and positive manner.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Score Your Run provides the Services “as is,” meaning they come without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. By using our Services, you accept the potential risks and uncertainties that may come with it.
Limitation of Liability
Score Your Run will not be liable for damages arising from your use of the Services, including cases where the Services are compromised or unavailable. This includes all forms of damages (indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary) and all legal claims, such as breach of contract or warranty.
No Waiver
If Score Your Run does not exercise a right under these Terms, it does not mean we waive that right.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court, you agree that the court should aim to fulfill the original intent of the provision, while all remaining Terms stay in effect.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal matters will be resolved in a court located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Entire Agreement
These Terms (along with any incorporated documents) form the complete agreement between Score Your Run and you regarding the Services.
